It's done I guess
I'd really hoped it would've turned out better but it's ok for my first drawing of that kind. The character is my original character Kuroudo Itachi. Form my stories "The Diamond Dust Job" and "Thousand Death River".

This is what I'm currently working on. It's a revisitation to an old artwork I did a while ago.

I'm currently trying to colour a picture of Sabine but I'm not good with colours (read: colour blind) so as usual it's an exercise in frustration more then anything and my colouring program is like one step above MS Paint but it's looking OK I'm need to print it out to do the skin colour with coloured pencil tho'.

One half of a duo kimino pic I'm working on. The other half is supposed to be a younger Yoruichi.

Updated (and certainly much better) version of my original character I used for that original character contest way back when (if anyone remembers that).
I'm still working on the skin tones and I need to add definition to the clothing and gloves.

The biggest piece I'm doing right now is for a friend of mine. It's a new banner I'm painting for her RPG. This is just a small part of it; the finished work will be around 900 pixels wide.

Demon Lord Rama
(Obvious Minekura influence. Forgive me.)
Back story
Toggle SpoilerDemon Lord Rama only has eyes for one person, Aerith the trusted servant of Demon Lord Eketa. Aerith has taken it upon himself to get his master back and Rama has willingly come along to aid the one he loves. This love however, is by choice. His blood red hair links him to the carnage his ancestors caused and in order to end his family name, he has chosen to renounce women of all shape and form.
He is wealthy, spoiled, and annoying when it comes to trying to get Aerith to notice his affections, but above all else he is ashamed of the past he is tied to. He has taken it upon himself to rectify the crimes of the past by never allowing himself to commit similar crimes.

'Nother fairly old scribble.
This is Ash, singer for a band in one of my stories. He's about 21 and has a thing for another band member even though that band member isn't aware of it. Yeah, no really long story this time. I haven't developed him that much.
(Just figured some people might like looking at what I've been up to even though I've still got a long way to go quality-wise. If not, ignore it and accept my apologies.)

That might look better with pencil shading than with coloring, I think. Or you might try both.

I think you might be right. I'll probably end up doing the shading thing for the original sketch and then fiddling with color on the computer. Thanks.

Found a PSD reference (hair) online and built a character from it. Also applied a new technique on the eyes. New for me I guess.

2 OCs from my fanfic...the roughest part of this is over. Just need to tweak before I drench it in color--which I haven't done in a long time. D:

Didn't know whether this belonged in Fanart or not since it's for a contest. Sorry for two posts in a row, BV. I'm seriously going to cut back.
Anyways, this is something I came up with for the "9" contest on deviantart. I'm still debating on whether or not to enter it though. It may need a few more stitches.

Don't worry about double posting. With the level of traffic there is here, if you don't, threads will suddenly die.

Eh, it's too organic. It's supposed to be more mechanical. That's what I get for basing it off a photograph. I still don't know if I'll submit it.

2nd concept for the contest. I may actually enter this one. Need to add some gears and stuff on the feet. I went and looked at kitchen supplies for the utensils used in this one. The thing he's holding is called a honey dipper and he's got pastry spatulas on the sides of his legs.
EDIT: Link to the finished version. If anyone wants to look at it.

Really, really sorry about the back to back posts. I sorta promised to keep a low profile too.
Anyways, this is one I'm currently working on and hoping I'll get it done tomorrow before I've got to go to work.
This is Bloom: Toggle SpoilerThe main character in my story, Cherry Bear, Bloom is a guitar player who works part-time in a "fantasy" club. He would much rather endure violence than fight back which makes him a favorite "slave" and makes him a target for the street gangs that live in his neighborhood. His luck changes one night after a bus ride home into an area that makes the police slightly nervous. It is there that he is cornered by a street gang full of ill-intent but before he can be violated, out of the shadows emerges his mysterious saviour...
~~Other people really need to post here. I know there's millions out there that can put my images to shame (Dice and Abyss are a few that come to mind)...

WOW. I really like it, ice. It looks like something out of a published manga.

Actually, I did use a published manga piece as a reference for the pose. I can't do anything without references.

Finished piece if you want to look. I've been playing with stuff learned from online PS tutorials.
Heh, I thought you were posting work instead of replying.

I also like the detail on the chain.
