The rest of the week flew by for the hanyou and miko, who first enjoyed their Monday night (technically early Tuesday) chat, and then after that they ended up texting back and forth every other night, sending each other work selfies and quick messages between their work duties, etc. Much more than Kagome’s originally proposed nightly ‘made it home safe’ text.
